FYI.

1.  Timing may be critical to get full NJ SREC benefits for train station solar canopy.  (Links in attached CleanEnergyProgram Monthly Report 2/7/2020 provide details of 5.1% milestone for SREC closure around June, 2020)

2. I was told by Vivint - a national solar company - that they stockpiled solar panels in 2019, in order to gain the 2019 federal tax credit; these panels (with 2019 tax credits) supposedly can be installed in 2020.  This may explain a portion of $ bid variance from company to company.
