Compliance basics:

• Staff -- you can organizing on Rise, but it’s c4.

• Volunteers -- You can go to town on Rise, you can use it to recruit for RF100, you can wear our materials, hold our signs, all the things -- except, you can’t do that while doing any of the activities that are making this a c4 event such as election related messages to voters, GOTV, voter reg, or engage in any messaging or work around electoral accountability. Basically don’t talk about elections or voting specifically or broadly
