Q: I have solar panels that only cover about 65% of my usage.  Can I still sign up for Community Solar for the rest of my usage?
A:   Yes, we know of several examples in JCP&L territory.  However, PSEG tariffs prevent Community Solar if "netmetering" is already present (i.e. rooftop solar)

Q: I have community solar and it seems to be only intermittently online. Sometimes my bill is reduced but other times, not. Is this the case with all community solar or should I look for a new provider?
A: There is a significant seasonal variation: solar production is much lower in winter, and higher in summer.
