Requires new building codes to require all new residential and commercial developments to be zero energy ready by 1/1/2025

NOTE: this same bill is Carry Over of previous A5658  was ALSO introduced in the 5/12/2021, and disposition was also referred to Assembly Housing Committee  (I dont see further progress in 2021 - without our influence, I would expect 2022 bill to follow the same death)

NOTE: the same/similar bill S3884 was introduced 6/10/2021 to the NJ Senate and referred to Senate Community and Urban Affairs Committee https://legiscan.com/NJ/pending/senate-community-urban-affairs-committee/id/875- I dont see further progress in 2021.  (I dont see further progress in 2021 - without our influence, I would expect 2022 bill to follow the same death)
