PROPOSAL FOR CELEBRATION OF SILVER CERTIFICATION DURING AN EARTH DAY EVENT
At last Feb 6 Green Team meeting, Pat Miller mentioned Mayor Perry’s desire for a CELEBRATION of silver certification – maybe in April
Amy- you would get 10 points for a “Green Fair” – and help in future re-certifications
Regretfully, we did NOT have time to discuss further.
We propose supplying our Middletown for Clean Energy people, and our networks to help Middletown organize and run a celebration of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day – perhaps Sat afternoon, April 18 or 25? -
RELATED DATES: Middletown public school holiday from Mon, April 6 thru Fri, April 10, inclusive;

This would include an ElectricDrive awareness event. Owners and dealers would display plug-in hybrid and full Electric vehicles – we would have a number of cars. This meets a requirement of Sustainable Jersey “Make Your Town Electric Vehicle Friendly”
