RF100 stickers/pins/banners/signs/T-shirts have been ordered

Canopy to be supplied by Joanne Irwin;

table (~6 feet), and collapsbile chairs- anyone have ??;

4 volunteers needed (youth?)

Setup must be complete by 10AM on Sept 22,2018

(cars can be used to transport the materials until 10AM; all cars must be removed by 10AM)

"Middletown Day" hours: 11AM - 5PM

Removal must be complete by 8PM on Setp 22, 2018
